TickrMeter Returns

PLEASE NOTE:

Before returning, you must remove your devices from your TickrMeter account. Here is a guide:


  1. Log in to the TickrMeter portal or click here.
  2. Go to "User Devices" by clicking on your name in the top right corner.
  3. Find the devices you wish to return and delete them by clicking on the "trash can" icon.


Removing your device protects your information and helps us process your return. It does not automatically remove a mandatory right to a refund. Read our Refund and Return Policy for the full 30-day return terms.
